Encyklopedia katolicka. T. 7 kol. 356).

Aż prosi się powiedzieć: Szanowny Czytelniku, niech Twój umysł pracuje, niech Twoja inteligencja nie umiera. Myśl i poznawaj! Po prostu odważnie myśl – poznając i poznawaj – myśląc. Niech to się spełnia podług ewangelijnego wezwania: „Zostaw umarłym grzebanie ich umarłych, a ty idź i głoś Królestwo Boże!” (Łk 9,60).

The article also shows the differences between penalization of the crime in both law orders. To match the goal, it was necessary to make a characteristic of the regulation in the both law orders according to the applicable law documents. The main of these documents are: the Law about family planning, protection of an embryo of man and requirements of admissibility of an abortion (1993.01.07), the Criminal Code (1997.06.06) in the polish law order and the Code of Canon Law in the canon law order.

CATHOLIC VISION OF A FAMILY AND PRO-FAMILY ACTIVITY IN THE CURRENT SOCIO-CULTURAL CONTEXT

Then, the relationship between the person and the family that is understood as the basic social unit was brought up. The social teaching of the Church defines the key terms for common life and indicates the rules governing intra-social relationships, so that they guarantee respect for the rights of every human being, show moral obligations and the necessity of mutual responsibility for the common good, to which everyone, according to the principle of love and social justice, should have an access.

THE MEANING OF THE INCULTURATION OF THE LITURGY
Abstract. Inculturation concerns the history of Christianity and is an event that covers every cultural area of the world. Inculturation is as old as the Bible itself. It is universal in nature, i.e. it includes all people, everywhere and at all times. The inculturation of the liturgy is about the inculturation of worship, and it was ultimately the focus of the reform work that was begun at the Second Vatican Council. This inculturation concerns not only the Young Churches, the so-called mission countries, but also the “old Christian” countries of Europe. Since inculturation is a phenomenon “Through the Church, with the Church and in the Church”, the liturgy should also participate fully in pastoral work.
Key words: inculturation, liturgy, historical processes, Church, Second Vatican Council.

IRISH-GERMAN AND IRISH-FRENCH CONTACTS FROM 1919-1921 AS ASSESSED BY THE DAILY “ILLUSTRATED DAILY COURIER” (PART I)
Abstract. The widely read Krakow daily, “Illustrated Daily Courier”, sympathizing with the Irish fighting for independence in 1919-1921 seems to show understanding for them even when they seek allies not only in Americans, French, Belgians, or Jews, but even in hostile to Poland Germans and the Soviets. Despite the fact that IKC displayed nationalist tendencies especially against hostile neighboring countries.
Key words: “Illustrated Daily Courier”, Ireland, Great Britain, United States, Germany, France, Belgium, Czechoslovakia, Jews, Russian Soviet Republic, the Catholic church.

TOPICALITY OF THE SALESIAN PREVENTIVE SYSTEM IN THE WORK OF EVANGELIZATION OF CONTEMPORARY YOUTH
Abstract. Education in accordance with the spirit of the Salesian preventive system is a proposal of a particular anthropological vision of a human being, which enables the pupils to discover their own abilities. This system, based upon three pillars: intellect, religion and love, helps the young people to understand what kind of people they should be in order to realize themselves as fully free and rational people. Bearing in mind the damage that is currently occurring in the field of upbringing and education of the young generation, the education system of Fr. Bosco remains extremely relevant and needed.
Key words: preventive system, St. John Bosco, education, youth, Salesians, evangelization, intellect, religion, love, oratory.

Rafał Szopa
Abstract. How to defend free will? There is an ongoing debate in science between determinism, libertarianism and compatibilism. This discussion is becoming clearer at the level of neuroscience and economics. Taken together, libertarianism and compatibilism are the most probable answer whether the free will is really free or not. These two approaches to the free will show the complexity of the issue at the same time. On the individual level, it seems to be that the human being is free in the libertarian sense. However, living in a society and benefiting from this fact, freedom begins to be restricted so that the human being to be predictable. In this way, libertarianism becomes to be determined to compatibilism. Libertarianism and compatibilism present the most coherent concept of human freedom. Determinism, on the other hand, can be treated as a factor narrowing libertarianism to compatibilism.
Key words: economic approach, determinism, libertarianism, compatibilism, free will.

Following the way of God we can get all the favors. The choice always depends on the human being. The aspiration of every human being should be happiness but not in material, but in spiritual things. Ks. Patryk Zarzeczny PERSONALISTIC VISION OF A PERSON IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF ANTONIO ROSMINI
Abstract. Antonio Rosmini can be justifiably called a precursor of the personalism. He made a person the center of his philosophy like no one before him. Rosmini made a distinction between a person, man, subject, individual and human nature. He elaborated a definition of a person strongly affirming its substantive, individual, dynamic and relational dimension. He also pointed to the ontological perfection of the person and its absolute dignity.
Key words: person, personalism, Rosmini, subject, individual, principle, human nature, dignity.
